On the shortest day of 2021, the beautiful Howard Assembly rooms resounded with the first public performance of Dusk Notes , performed by Supriya Nagarajan and Duncan Chapman accompanied by the stunning visuals created by VJ Pritpal Ajimal. As the Northern Lights transformed the space, the finale a stunning new piece created with Opera North musicians Adam McKenzie (Bassoon), Susannah Simms (Violin) and Anamika Choudhry (Tanpura) filled the space.
